This will all depend on the availability of an engineer and the time of day that you call.  Customers that are part of our support scheme are guaranteed to see an engineer by the next working day at the latest (although under the support scheme we will normally have resolved the problem remotely at the time of the call) however we are going to do everything we can to impress you with our service as we would really like to encourage you to use us more often and to join one of our support and maintenance schemes which means that if we have an engineer available we will send them straight out to you which could mean having someone onsite within the hour.

What sort of problems can we deal with

We are able to deal with any problem that a normal business network would encounter such as Email not working, Internet down, network running slowly, problems with the network cables, Virus's and other malware related issues, recovery of lost data, crashed PC or server, problems with your Internet Service Provider and much more.

How can you help us if you don't know our network

Its true that we are not going to walk into your company and know exactly how your IT has been configured but in reality most companies have very similar setups and as long as it is PC based and you are running Microsoft software then we will be able to work out what the problem is and come up with a solution for you.

Will you be able to give us a fixed cost for the work

Without knowing your setup this will be difficult, however we will be able to give you an estimate of the time required based on other jobs of a similar nature but to do this we would need as much information relating to the current problem and the setup of your IT, the more information we have the more accurate the estimate will be.  Don't worry if you don't know anything about your setup as our engineers can work this out but under these circumstances we would not be able to give an estimate of time until the engineer has been to site.

What is it going to cost

Using our Ad Hoc call out service we can quickly get an engineer out to you and resolve your problem.  The cost of this service is £70 per hour plus VAT but as an introductory offer for new customers if you mention this section of our web site we will charge the first visit at £63 per hour plus VAT.
