Free IT survey

In most cases a company will have some form of IT support/supplier in place but from the comments we get they are not all entirely happy with the service they receive. 

The level of dissatisfaction ranges from mild irritation with certain aspects of the service such as recurring problems, response times, engineering knowledge etc through to a total loss of confidence in their ability. 

When it comes to changing IT company in all but the most extreme levels of upset there is a large amount of resistance to switching with a perception that there is an attitude of "better the devil you know". 

From meetings with many companies that are in this situation it becomes clear why companies do not want to move and listed below are a few of the reasons we regularly hear:-

All of the above points can be valid and as such are good reasons to be dubious about switching supplier and if the truth be known if we were to simply take over your network without any prior knowledge there is a chance that when we start working on it our engineers are going to come back and say that the best solution would be to start again.
