Formed in 1995, Hands On IT Services has grown to become a highly respected IT service and support company looking after small and medium businesses across South London and Surrey.

We are a Microsoft Silver Partner, working with companies that have no in-house IT resource, as well as those who do have an IT team, but need extra resources for absences or projects.

We have over 100 companies on our support plans, from one-man bands up to organisations with £10 million plus turnover, multiple locations and hundreds of active IT users. Our clients come from a vast array of industry sectors, all relying on us for IT support.

We are a team of ten, led by founder Martin Briggs, who has many years of active field engineering, as does our operations manager who leads the engineering team. Meet the team.

We are delighted to have been awarded Silver Partner status by Microsoft, in recognition of the quality of our work, the training and qualifications of our staff and the extent and depth of our expertise.

High customer satisfaction

We send every customer a survey after each project and support ticket. Approximately 25% of those surveyed complete the online questionnaire.

In 2016 we received 365 completed surveys – the overall satisfaction of Hands On IT clients was a very gratifying 97.55%.

Accessibility

IT can be complex, so our focus is to make the complex accessible to all our clients. We set your IT up so it’s ready for you to access right away. We fix your systems promptly so you can get back to work as quickly as possible and we explain everything in straight forward jargon-free language.

Personal

Looking after our clients is key and we make it personal. We may be techies, but we can also do great customer service. We are friendly, patient and respectful and care passionately about looking after you and your business’s IT properly.

Responsibility

We hold ourselves responsible for our work. IT is complex and things do sometimes go wrong. We will never try to shift the blame onto anyone else – if we are responsible, we will say so and put it right.

Continuity

We provide continuity of support for you and your business: we keep our considerable knowledge and skills up-to-date, we have been in business since 1995 and many of our team have been with us for over a decade.
